    Mattia Tosti (Rome, 1993) is an Italian-Brazilian curator and writer. After initial professional experiences at MAC São Paulo and MAAT Lisbon, he joined Monitor Lisbon, where he served as Director from 2020 to 2024 while maintaining a paralel curatorial practice. He is currently Assistant Curator at the Serralves Foundation in Porto. As an independent curator, he has organized exhibitions in institutional, commercial, and unconventional spaces. He co-founded Órbitas, a series of exhibitions held at Cosmos C.A.C. As part of Da Luz Collective, he curated the video art section of the Italian Cinema Festival in Lisbon for three editions (2022, 2023, 2025). His writing has appeared in academic publications by Routledge and De Gruyter, as well as in contemporary art magazines such as Flash Art International and Contemporânea. He has also contributed texts to institutions including CAM Gulbenkian, FRAC Bretagne, and MNAC Lisbon. In 2025, he was selected for a curatorial residency at the Cité Internationale des Arts in Paris.
